Primary data source

Successeve connects to your product - hence allowing you to work on your entire, exhaustive and up-to-date customer base, surfacing both your customers product usage data and in-app behavior.

3 primary sources are available, Successeve APIs, Segment and Intercom.


Segment provides real-time tracking systems that will help you connect to Successeve in a few clicks.

From Successeve, click on the “Connect” button and follow the instructions. You will be redirected to the Segment app where you will be able to select which source to push to Successeve.

Once done, you will be redirected back to Successeve, and your Contacts and Account will start populate your app.

As for Segment, the Intercom integration is totally plug and play! You will see your Leads and Customers flowing into Successeve in a few clicks.

To connect Intercom, you need to click on Connect and follow the instructions.

You can choose to only push the Contacts and Accounts data or also push their conversations -which will be automatically gathered on both Contacts and Accounts profiles.
